TODAY SHOW, August 31, 2009: NBC's Miguel Almaguer, with producer Michael Austin, covers the deadly and devastating "Station Fire" north of Los Angeles with live shots and video segments. They are the first to report the destruction of 35 homes in Big Tujunga Canyon, California. Austin and cameraman Sandy Spooner got into the evacuated fire area and reported this information based on their own count of the homes, prior to any inspection by fire department investigators who had not yet arrived on the scene.
